As I was driving down Concord Avenue today, I noticed BRAND NEW PORTABLE BUILDINGS very similiar to the ones that are being replaced by the passage of the BISD bond being delivered to SMITH Middle School, Medical Magnet School, Science and Technology center, whatever the hell they are calling this month.
